Building
Most of my hours go to SAHARA CORE — pushing the accounting engine toward Tally-grade correctness, and hunting the tests that pass for the wrong reason. It's in active development, not in the market. Alongside it, SAHARA HRM work continues in our own testing, reading real biometric attendance devices. No client deployment is claimed.
The family businesses
I still keep the accounts for our shop, and when my father travels the whole workload lands on me. At the factory in Gaidakot we're working to be genuinely export-ready — the registrations are their own long process. As of August 2026 our REX registration is still in progress, and we're working toward more orders beyond the first shipment.
Writing
I'm writing this story down, one chapter at a time, and publishing as the work goes. The essay I most wanted to write — about the test that passed while the ledger underneath it was reversed — is up now.
Learning
Export paperwork, rules of origin, and how far AI agents can be trusted with real work. My answer so far: they're workers I supervise, not magicians I trust.
